Graham Silverman

Partnerships & Legislative Associate

Graham Silverman (he/him/his) is a public sector project management professional with a background in public health and over five years of experience in community engagement and program development. Driven by a passion for expanding access to care and information, his work at the Civic Federation focuses on developing systems and partnerships that support rigorous research and advance equitable public policy.
Prior to joining the Civic Federation, Graham worked at the Chicago Department of Public Health, where he managed and scaled citywide initiatives focused on community safety and victim services, including overseeing large scale programs in partnership with community based organizations. He has also worked in the health technology space, applying data driven approaches to improve service delivery and increase access to mental health, medical, and financial services.

Graham holds a B.A. from Tulane University, where he studied Public Health and Gender & Sexuality Studies and is deeply interested in civic engagement, government accountability, and applying an intersectional lens to complex social challenges. In his free time, Graham enjoys cooking, camping, science fiction and fantasy novels, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.
