This report provides estimates of the full market value of real property in Cook County from 2006-2015 and shows how property value is spread among the City of Chicago, northern suburbs and southern suburbs.

According to the report, the full market value of real estate in Cook County was approximately $528.8 billion in tax assessment year 2015, the last year for which data are available. The 2015 full value estimate represents an increase of $29.7 billion, or 6.0%, from the 2014 estimated full value and also represents the third time since 2006 that real estate values in Cook County increased.
