Civic Federation President Laurence Msall appears in this evening news segment about the possibility of Chicago Public Schools raising property taxes if it doesn't receive increased funding from the State of Illinois. Msall said that so many tax increases at once in the Chicago area makes things difficult for taxpayers and affects how businesses make decisions.
