The Illinois General Assembly heard the Civic Federation’s call for a State of Illinois accountability and performance reporting system. Senator Dan Kotowski inserted a measure into the FY2010 budget implementation bill that will create a system by which State agencies must continuously improve accountability and reporting to provide citizens with the most effective and efficient programs.
