The Motorola Solutions Foundation and the Civic Federation are pleased to announce the 2012 Motorola Solutions Foundation Excellence in Public Service Award honoree, Julie Hamos, Director of the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. The Excellence in Public Service Award annually recognizes a non-elected government official who has had an extraordinary impact on the quality of state and local government services in Illinois.
