Description: On June 25th, 2004, approximately sixty property tax experts, government officials, and real estate owners and managers attended The Civic Federation's special briefing with Cook County Assessor James Houlihan. Assessor Houlihan and his staff discussed the reassessment of Chicago's top 100 Loop office buildings and provided an update on recent issues related to the Cook County property tax system.
